Frank is a published author and an expert in leadership and marketing with a proven record of success. He has a diverse background and a wide range of life experiences allowing for greater perspective in sharing and teaching others. Frank attended Illinois State University, majoring in economics with a minor in military science. Commissioned in 1987 as an officer in the U.S. Army, he received specialized military training in many facets of advanced leadership, logistics, resources management, and strategic planning. He served in the Persian Gulf during Operation Desert Storm and received a Bronze Star for meritorious service. After six years of military service, he returned to the inactive reserves as a captain. In 1995, he founded Kahuna Business Group his unique experience is vital to his role in facilitating and leading Kahuna through continued growth. In 2003, Frank and Kahuna created the Empowerment Division with a focus of publishing infoproducts in order to raise money and awareness for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in their mission of “Finding cures. Saving children.” Lunn is a devoted husband to his wife Lisa and father to their three children Frankie, Matthew, and Rachel.

Tom graduated from Illinois State University in 1985 with a BS in Marketing. He joined Kahuna Business Group in 1999 bringing with him over 10 years experience in sales and marketing. Tom was crucial in developing and executing a strategy change within Kahuna Business Group that launched the current affiliate program, creating fourfold revenue growth. His proven background in the design and implementation of successful marketing campaigns is paramount to the ongoing success of Kahuna Business Group’s affiliate program as well as building and introducing new products and services.

Ernie joined Kahuna Business Group in 1999 with a solid background in sales, marketing and management. While acting as a resource to the ATM Division, Ernie is responsible for researching, developing and implementing new products and services to share with our affiliate base. Ernie attended Illinois State University and is the resident linguist, being fluent in Spanish and French while speaking a limited amount of 4 other languages.

Scott earned a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois in 1986 and an MBA from DePaul University in 1991. He joined the Kahuna Business Group in 2004 bringing with him over 15 years of progressive financial management experience and accumulated technical and leadership skills. As Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for the company’s financial strength and strategy relative to its overall mission and philosophy.

Tammy joined Kahuna in the of Spring 2003. With experience in a variety of industries, including healthcare, legal and telecommunications, she brings a wide understanding of service and planning. As Vice President of Administration and Planning, Tammy oversees the implementation of new programs, business development, and overall performance improvements. Tammy is also responsible for Human Resources as she serves the internal clients of Kahuna Business Group to maintain the target culture and professional environment of a fast growth organization. As Assistant to the President, Tammy provides leverage, communication and continuity for Frank in his leadership of the Kahuna Business Group.
